Berridale Public School was established in 1883 and has a rich historical foundation with the original stone classroom, being a heritage listed building, still in use on the premises. There is a proud culture of pursuing academic excellence and sporting achievement, with some of our students coming from fourth generation local families.
The school site is nestled at the foothills of the NSW Snowy Mountains, sheltered by rolling hills surrounding the quiet township of Berridale. Berridale Public School is a vibrant rural school with open spaces, historic trees and country landscape where the students explore and play.
Berridale Public School has a strong partnership with the local community. This is most supportive to the efforts of staff and parents as they encourage students to achieve their full potential in education. The goals continue to focus on maximising learning opportunities for students, encourage the development of resilience and a healthy, positive mindset as they strive towards their personal best.
